Employees accrue hours in their PTO Bank that can be used for vacations, personal or family illness or other necessary time off. In addition, the practice recognizes 6 paid holidays per year.
Extended Illness Bank
Employees accrue hours in their EIB Bank that can be used for personal illnesses longer than 3 days.
