Sunshine Jindrich MD, FAAP
Dr. Kara "Sunshine" Jindrich is a locums Physician who helps fill in as needed.

Dr. Jindrich graduated from the University of Arkansas Medical School in 2016, following an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. She commissioned in the United States Navy following medical school. She completed her pediatric residency training at Naval Medical Center San Diego in California. During residency, Dr. Jindrich participated in a humanitarian medical mission in Sri Lanka helping teach neonatal resuscitation skills in a home birth setting. She worked for four years as a pediatrician and naval officer in Twentynine Palms, California before separating from the Navy in 2023. 

Dr. Jindrich joined Advanced Pediatric Associates in August 2023. She is board-certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics and is certified in pediatric advanced life support and neonatal resuscitation. 

Her interests in pediatrics include developmental milestones, preventative medicine, and interacting with families. She and her husband enjoy hiking, backpacking, watching football, and cooking.
