Kristin Zoelle graduated from the University of Colorado with a Master of Science in Nursing degree, after earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in Spanish from the University of Iowa.

Before joining Advanced Pediatrics in December 2021, Kristin practiced as a neonatal intensive care nurse for ten years in hospitals throughout the United States. She spent the last three years working as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Aurora. Kristin is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and is certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board. She is also certified in BLS, PALS, and Nexplanon insertion. 
 
Her pediatric interests include newborn care, teen contraception, and preventive medicine. She enjoys working with patients of all backgrounds. Her personal interests include traveling, skiing, camping, audiobooks, cheering on her hometown Chicago sports teams (and the Denver Broncos), following the University of Iowa women's soccer team (where she played soccer), and spending time with family and friends. She and her husband have a dog, Gustavo (Gus).
