Telehealth Virtual Visits
Avoid urgent care or the ER and call us first to see if a virtual visit will work for your child’s health concern. Now you can see your healthcare provider from the convenience, comfort, and safety of your home for many health concerns including:
- Acne
- ADHD follow up and medication rechecks
- Depression and anxiety follow up
- Mental and behavioral health concerns (sleep, discipline, etc.)
If you've been holding off on addressing a healthcare concern because you don't think an in-office visit is needed, call us today to see if a virtual visit is an option for your child.
Here are some helpful tips on how to prepare for your telemedicine appointment.

Set up in a well-lit room free of distractions. We know that’s easier said than done at home, but it will make for an easier appointment.

Visits work best on a mobile device with a camera.
Log in 10 minutes before your virtual visit using the link sent to you when your visit is confirmed. Download the software required for the visit so you’re ready to go when your appointment begins.
Visits work best when you’re connected to WIFI or a wired connection. Log in using your child’s name and your name and you’ll be placed in a virtual waiting room until your visit begins.
Tools to have available.
- Thermometer
- Flashlight or light source so we can look at your child’s throat.
- A scale or your child’s weight.
- The location of your pharmacy.
Be sure to ask questions and your child can ask questions too so everyone is comfortable with the appointment.
Don’t worry if other children, pets, or other distractions are around. We get it, you’re at home and that’s what happens at home.
We’re excited to offer this new service to our patients to ensure the health and wellness of your family. Please feel free to ask questions when you call to schedule your appointment.
