Are you planning a trip outside of the United States? Depending on your destination, your child may need additional vaccines or preventive medications before traveling.

We offer comprehensive travel consultations to help your family prepare safely. During your visit, your provider will:

• Review your travel itinerary
• Discuss recommended and required vaccines
• Provide guidance on illness prevention and travel safety
• Answer your questions in a comfortable, family-friendly setting



Prior to your appointment, we will ask you to complete a brief travel form so your provider has important details about your destination and travel plans.
