At Advanced Pediatric Associates, we require patients to remain current on immunizations at ages 2, 5, and 11 in accordance with the immunization and catch-up schedules recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). Our providers are committed to partnering with families to help children stay on track with these important health milestones. Families who choose not to meet APA’s immunization requirements may be asked to seek medical care elsewhere.

In order to have enough time allocated during well care visits, we request that patients schedule a separate "immunization consultation visit" if they wish to discuss concerns regarding vaccinating their child according to the recommended schedule.
