Paid Time Off
Employees accrue hours in their PTO Bank that can be used for vacations, personal or family illness or other necessary time off. In addition, the practice recognizes 6 paid holidays per year.
Extended Illness Bank
Employees accrue hours in their EIB Bank that can be used for personal illnesses for longer than 3 days.
Group Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance
Comprehensive benefits are available for employees and their dependents with an employer contribution toward monthly premiums.
