This year Advanced Pediatrics is celebrating our 40th anniversary! Because of our longevity in the community and our close relationship with patient families, we have had the privilege of providing a medical home to several generations of families. As part of our 40th anniversary celebration, we will be sharing stories from some of these patients.

I started going to APA to see Dr. Michael Kurtz when I was about 6 weeks old. My brother was also a patient of Dr. Kurtz. As adults, my brother and I now bring our own children to Advanced Pediatrics. We still see Dr. Kurtz whenever he is available. We just recently saw Dr. Clancy and really like her as well. I know that Dr. Kurtz is involved in hiring all new providers, and I would trust anyone that he hires. His opinion says a lot. Dr. Kurtz is always so reassuring and I trust him completely. He helps me not to worry. We just love him! I recommend Advanced Pediatrics to everyone! Being able to always trust the pediatric care your children receive is so important - and I know I can trust Dr. Kurtz and Advanced Pediatrics.

My two sisters and I were patients of Dr. Ginsburg since our birth. When he moved to APA shortly after it was founded, we moved along with him. Now I am a parent and my three children have each been patients at Advanced Pediatrics since their birth. Dr. Ginsburg's visit for each child's birth has always been a highlight of our hospital stay! As a parent, I have always felt confident that he would recommend exactly the right care for my kids. I appreciate his reasonable approach to pediatric care. Never an alarmist, his recommendations are never too much or too little - but just exactly what my kids need. We try to see Dr. Ginsburg whenever we can, but all the providers at Advanced Pediatrics are great. We have seen Dr. Michael Kurtz, Dr. Brad Kurtz and several of the physician assistants. We always know we are in good hands regardless of who we see! APA has always given our family a good sense of confidence and safety. No matter what emergency might come up - appendectomies and broken bones - I always know we will receive the best care! ! I recommend Advanced Pediatrics to anyone looking for a pediatrician. Our neighborhood is lucky to have excellent pediatricians and children's medical care. We think Dr. Ginsburg is the best of the best!

My brother, sister and I were patients of Dr. Paula Levin at APA when we were children. Now my four boys and my sister's two children are patients at Advanced Pediatrics. My sister's children usually see Dr. Levin, and mine usually see Dr. Stevens. Advanced Pediatrics has guided me as a young mom into wonderful parenting, providing guidance for preventative care, as well as positive reinforcement and encouragement as I grew as a parent. We first saw Dr. Stevens after the birth of our first child. She was so encouraging and caring, giving us one on one time. She made us feel important and know that she really cared about us and our new baby. She took time to answer all of our questions and helped us to feel safe and secure with our newborn. My siblings and I received great care as children, and we know that we can count on the same great care for our kids. We have complete trust in the care that we receive at Advanced Pediatrics and love the long term relationship that we have with both the doctors and other staff. We are at home with Advanced Pediatrics!

My husband and I, as well as my husband's siblings, were all patients of Dr. Freeman Ginsburg at APA when we were children. Now my husband and I bring our two sons to Advanced Pediatrics. We feel a strong bond with Dr. Ginsburg and the other doctors, nurses and staff. My favorite memory is when Dr. Ginsburg came to the hospital to see us when my oldest son was born. We will never take our children anywhere except Advanced Pediatrics! We recommend Advanced Pediatrics to everyone!
Lindsey Holben - mother of two
My sister and I started out seeing Dr. Lee Thompson from birth; we continued to see him through adolescence. When I had my first daughter, she too was seen by Dr. Thompson, she continued to be a patient of his until she was five or six years old. Then I had my son, who also was seen by him, until he retired. My son didn't see him for long but my daughter remembers him and his kind and gentle hand. We now go and see Dr. Bradley Kurtz who is also amazing. Both my children have seen him for several years and just adore him. I refer people to Advanced Pediatrics all the time. I will continue to take my children here, as I do not believe I would even feel comfortable anywhere else. Thank you to the staff at Advanced Pediatrics for always making me feel comfortable and reassuring me when I needed it the most.
