and

Saturday, October 28, from 8-11 am:
Centennial Office

All flu vaccine clinics are by appointment, only. Please call our Patient care line at 303-699-6200 to schedule an appointment at your earliest convienence. Appointment slots fill quickly!

The Centers for Disease Control and the American Academy of Pediatrics recommend a seasonal flu vaccine for everyone over 6 months of age. The flu vaccine is especially important for children under 5 years of age, those with chronic health conditions, and close contacts of children younger than 5 years old. Children younger than 9 years may need two doses to be protected against the flu. This year, again, the CDC and the AAP only recommend the injected form of flu vaccine - the "flu shot." Research shows the flu shot provides signifcantly better protection in recen flu seasons compared to the nasal spray vaccine.
