Teeth, Brushing of

Make teeth brushing a regular part of your child’s wake up and bed time routine. Until your child is old enough to do a good job on his or her own, take turns with the toothbrush. It doesn’t matter who goes first, as long as you do a good job on your turn. Make sure you get a good view of the backsides of your child’s lower central teeth, where plaque build-up is usually the greatest.
