Pediatric Physician - Parker

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are currently looking for a nurse practioner or physician assistant to join our provider staff.  Interested providers should forward their CVs to Human Resources as noted below.

With offices in Aurora, Centennial, Parker and Stapleton, we have over 45 years of experience providing advanced pediatric care in the Denver metro area. Advanced Pediatric Associates has developed a model for pediatric care which combines the benefits and services of a larger group practice with the personalized care of a smaller physician office. Our patients and families can expect compassionate and comprehensive medical services within our offices (Monday through Friday, as well as Saturday mornings), convenient access to quality after-hours advice, in-hospital newborn care, and professional coordination of care between our providers and community specialists and services. 

Advanced Pediatrics utilizes the Epic EMR system and providers are supported by RN triage and a centralized call center. The practice promotes a healthy work / life balance with a focus of on-going clinical and administrative quality improvement. Medical Assistant

Full Time

Candidate will be responsible for assisting providers in the examination and treatment of patients. Responsible for administering vaccines, venipuncture, ordering and reporting on lab and x-ray results. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Medical Assisting and completed an externship in a clinical setting. Will be working with an electronic medical record system in a busy medical office.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of accredited school of Medical Assisting
  • Completion of 6-week externship in clinical setting
  • Familiar with OSHA and CLIA standards
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Spanish speaking preferred

Care Coordinator - Scheduling Business Office

Full Time/4-Days per week

  • Utilization of EMR to communicate patient information to providers

Triage Nurse, RN

Part Time 
Business Office

Part time opportunity with our telephone triage team for an RN that wants an interesting and rewarding position in a supportive and friendly medical setting. Our nurses are an important part of our provider team and work with families of patients using nationally-recognized telephone triage protocols.

Responsible for assessing and classifying patients to determine appropriate medical needs and urgency of care. Carry out telephone triage responsibilities based on established APA medical guidelines, nursing process and LVM Systems telephone protocols. Requires excellent clinical and customer service skills as well as strong computer skills. RN license required.

APA offers competitive salaries, a great benefit package, and a wonderful work environment. Must be able to work at least 1 Saturday morning per month.
